By using BodyXP you accept these terms. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies.
1. Health notice
BodyXP is a motivation game and does not give medical advice. Calorie and water targets are estimates. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account's security. Users under 13 may not use the app. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
3. Fair play
Faking workouts, tampering with the app or servers, or using multiple accounts to farm rewards is forbidden and may lead to score removal or suspension.
4. User content
Nicknames, photos, guild names and shared programs must not contain nudity, violence, hate speech, harassment, copyrighted images or other people's personal data. Such content can be reported and hidden; repeated violations may close the account.
5. Subscription
BodyXP Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription and may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's rules.
6. Virtual items
XP, levels, items, chests, potions and cosmetics have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.
7. Changes and liability
We may change features. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
